Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – What is it??
EFT is based on the discovery that imbalances in the body’s energy system have profound effects on one’s emotions. Correcting these imbalances, by tapping on certain body points, often leads to rapid improvement in symptoms. This includes fears, phobias, anger, grief, anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs in sports, business, and the performing arts, and much more. In addition, applying EFT for emotional issues often neutralizes physical problems – once the emotional contributors are out of the way the symptom tends to subside.
EFT sometimes works in very subtle ways, and positive side effects often occur outside your awareness. In many cases, you may not even notice the change until someone draws it to your attention.
EFT can also be an amazing tool for cravings and addictions. It is an essential adjunct in your program to lose weight or quit smoking. These types of conditions usually require repeated EFT treatment in order to attain your goals.
