Myth #1 – “I could stop at any time. I just haven’t yet because I don’t really want to.”
As much as you’d like to believe this, there may be an element of denial here. Safe to say that if you could stop at any time, you would have done so already. What you need is the process and the reinforcement to be able to change the behaviour.
Myth #2 – “I’ve tried everything.”
It may be true that you’ve tried all kinds of restrictions, support groups, willpower, even therapy. However, this process can help get to the very core of your cravings and emotional eating, and help you to stay on track with your goals of healthier eating.
Myth #3 – “I’m busy and I don’t have time.”
Being busy gets in the way of a lot of things in life. I want you to stop for a moment and think about how much time you spend thinking about the food you crave, walking over to the fridge or cupboard to grab it, or worse yet, driving out of your way to get to the store and buy it. This program will take less than 45 minutes per day over the course of one week...You do the math!
Yes, it can and it does! I have been using these techniques with clients for over 18 years, and have seen some incredible results. Of course, I can’t guarantee that you will experience the same results as others have, but the benefits are immense.
That depends on you! I’ve worked with many people who have had their cravings decrease significantly after only their first or second session with me. Again, no promises, but I’m more than confident in the results I’ve witnessed.
Be patient - the process is still working. Your eating habits did not develop overnight. Although it would be great for all our health issues to disappear in one day, it’s much more realistic to follow the pace of the program for the deepest transformation.
